Strange Pain

I have been experiencing a very slight pain just above the inner corner of my eye for two days.  I only notice it when I apply pressure.  (For example, when I apply makeup)  It was extremely mild.  Today I woke up and it is slightly more painful and I have what feels like eye strain and/or a sinus headache.  (I can't really tell.)  No stuffiness, runny nose, nor other symptoms, except a dry nose.  Could this be a sinus infection? Should I go to see a regular doctor? Or does this sound more like something I should see an opthamologist for?
