Strange Symptoms

Over the course of the past two years I have developed a combination of strange symptoms that seem to worsen each day. They all started with a bout of dizziness during mid summer of last year. After seeing my gp I was told it was probably fluid on the ear. But as time went on the dizziness continued to get worse and I became very unsteady when walking. Recently I have developed a tingling sensation that runs up and down my spine. It used to be only when I stood or walked, but now it's constant. Along with this I have all these weird visual sensations, such as seeing shadows that do not appear to be there. Finally I have this feeling of shakiness within my whole body. While I don't physically tremble, I feel as though my body is constantly shaking. Does anyone else exhibit similar symptoms and have you been diagnosed? Any suggestions as to what this might be and recommendations as to who to see to get a diagnosis would be appreciated. :)
