Strange Symptoms

I've been having bulging veins in the very back of my throat, accompanied by about 19  small blister sacs that are filled with white fluid. The fluid has turned to yellow recently because I've had this for about 1 and half of a month. I've been to the doctor weekly and have had tests for mono, strep, HIV, and my wbc count is normal. They don't know what it is so I'm going to an ENT specialist soon. Off and on my lymph nodes and the underside of my jaw has been swollen and tender. Tonight I got pretty worried about this because I had a while where it was painful to breath in my chest and I had a shortness of breath. I'm a healthy teenager with no medical history and not a smoker. What is this???!
