Suffocated!

hi..I've got a serious ENT problem for the last 4 years. I am unable to breathe as my nose always stays closed even though it is dry without excess mucus. Also any nasal sprays do not help or just help for 2-3 hours. As a result i feel extremely suffocated. I also get a feeling of my ears pushing out and that they are about to burst. This has slightly affected my hearing and i also tend to speak loudly to be able to clearly hear myself! Throat always stays bad and i have difficulty speaking. I have been to various doctors but unfortunately none of their medications seem to be working. I underwent an adenoids (adenoids) operation about 5 years ago and the problem has kept worsening every year, more so this year. I just don't know what to do as feeling suffocated and unable to breathe is a very tough situation to be in. Please help me..
