Surgery or Antibiotocs?

I have mass about an 1 and a half inches across the back of my neck for about 2 weeks. My primary doc an urgent care physician and a surgeon agree that there is something going on but I have heard cyst then swollen lymphnode. The surgeon thinks its a lymphnode that needs to be removed but my doctor has not given me a solid opinion. He sent me to have the surgeon to look at it. The urgent care physician said it was a cyst but that it should be removed. I have recently had a sinus infection in which my doctor perscribed cefdinir and told me to keep taking over the counter pain relievers...I have been taking the antibiotic for the infection but the lump is still there. I was in pain so i went to see the urgent care physician who said that wasnt strong enough and gave me hydrocodon (vicadon) and perscribed levaquin because he said i needed something stronger for the sinus infection and the lump. I went to see the surgeon (who my doctor told me to go see after i told him i went to urgent care) and he said it was a lymphnode gone bad basically and that it should be removed if it has not gone down by now. But i believe i am feeling more tired than usual. Should I try and take the levaquin first to see if it helps or should i go aheadwith the surgery? No one has done more than look and touch it. Are there other ways to test it before such an invasive surgery?
