Surgery recovery process

Had sinus surgery about a month ago at a major medical center/ diagnosed and performed by a leading physician ent specialist. Outcome report of sinus malfunction: extensive inflammation in maxillary, ethmoid, and frontal; maxillary contained a large volume of trapped infected mucous, and signs of bone infection with thickening in maxillary and ethmoid. Still experiencing significant burning frontal head pain, copious drainage down throat, loud disruptive ringing ear noise and fullness on affected side, significant fatigue, scratchy throat, nausea, transient one side facial numbness, weight loss. Instructed to irrigate daily and use steroid spray, which is becoming painful. Unable to fully perform normal daily duties due to symptoms. Was rechecked 2 weeks post surgery and underwent clean out procedure, told to stop antibiotics. Physician reported that recovery appeared to be normal at that time, even though I reported strong continuing nausea and fatigue. Going back in two weeks. Should I be concerned?
