Swollen Glands In Neck?

I've noticed for the past three weeks that my glands in my neck have become rather swollen.  At first, I thought it was due to a stone in my right gland (I've had this before),  but it didn't get HUGE like last time or have the same pain.  Anyway, the glands in my neck are swollen, and not even really painful.  Maybe a bit tender?  Does anyone know what is going on?

I've also noticed a bit of itchyness lately, on my back and chest.  Sometimes I get chest pain, but I've been dealing with this.
