Swollen Uvula and Red Throat After Eating Salad With lots of Vinegar on it!

I've had strep, but just finished all my Amoxicillin for it!  Today, I had tomato soup and a salad with tuna and lots of apple cider vinegar on it!  Don't know if it was the vinegar or tomato soup or combination of both, but my uvula swelled up as did the surrounding area just a little bit, and my throat turned super red, as did like the back of the palate!  It became really sore!  That's been like hours ago but it's still swollen and uncomfortable. I'm thinking the vinegar AND tomato soup was too acidic for me and caused me to swell in my throat.  Although it's not AS SWOLLEN as it was, my throat still feels pretty sore!  I could find no Prednisone to take,...thinking that that would certainly help the swelling dissipate.  I've been eating ice and drinking cold things, but the throat is still sore.  I take quite a few night time meds, so I'm not sure what will help at this point!  Did let a troche dissolve in my throat incase its fungal related, but need to take or do something safe, since I already took my nite time meds.  Any suggestions!
