hi there,

i was diagnosed with TMD by my dentist. he took impressions of my teeth and had a nightguard created for me. it was expensive, $350, and it's not covered by insurance. it looks like a retainer. i've been wearing it for 3 nights and already, the pain is lessened and i don't get headaches or dizziness like i used to.

go see your dentist and get a nightguard. it takes some getting used to but it's totally worth it!
