Throat Pain

Hi,
Three days back I took warm water and vomited(This I do very frequently). After vomiting, belches were stopped near throat itself, not allowing me to bring that air out. This was there for one hour. Since then when I eat or drink there is mild pain in throat. Now I feel like there is something heavy in throat. Some times mild itching. Mild cough. While swallowing Its paining at some points of throat, there is some difficulty swallowing.

I had tabs for two days prescribed by doctor. Two anti biotics , B complex tabs, other two tabs related to pain(I ll post them once I see prescription).
Still this pain hasnt gone, When I was vomiting (Putting my fingers deep inside mouth) I observed a small flesh buble.Once or twice I observed little amount of blood in mouth while deep spitting in last two months.  I am afraid if this is a throat cancer. Does throat cancer makes bleed frequently ? Please help me what kind of diagnosis I have to go for, I don't have insurance, and no money as well :( .
