Throat (pharynx) lesions, painful when swallowing, a couple fleshy 5mm bumps.

I saw the doctor this morning and she didnt know what the throat lesions I have are. She said they look like blisters. I have no fever, and have swollen, tender glands. I am worried about HPV-related cancer. I cannot get an ENT appointment for a while and am anxious about what could be wrong. The burning pain is all the time but is worse when swallowing and it shoots into the ear. I have constant postnasal drip from allergies as well.
