Throat problem

Hello ,

I need your help!
A couple months before i notices sort of little bumps located  really really deep on my tongue , on the  left and right sides. They look like little  pimples, maybe  irritation. They are sort of located one on another. Maybe three  on each side. There is anbothe little rd spot that is becoming to look like that too. In the middle of my tongue.
I can feel it when i touch it. It looks like the taste buds became bigger. It does not hurt or anything. But it bothers me.
I went to general physician he said its ok. I also saw the Otolaryngology doctor. He just looked at it without any test or something, he said its ok. He said it does not look like an infection or anything like that. But im still very worried about it.
I  don't think its ok, since its been a few months and its not going away. And aslo theere are more taste buds athat are becoming irritated. That means there is something wrong ???
Oh also, another thing, is that the tongue area around the  swollen taste buds is white.
So, i am all confused now. Is it something to worry about? Do you think it can be fungus???

Can you please please help me and answer my question?
