Throat

Hey, I was wondering if you could help me? I am worried about this lump in my throat that I have. I woke up with it about 5 days ago. I have no problems eating or breathing but I have noticed that I have got a lot of mucus at the back of my throat and I am having to clear it regularly which is annoying my partner. It seems to be worse in the early mornings when I wake up. I do get bad health anxiety which does not help these situations because I worry about my symptoms a lot! I have also noticed that I have these white dots on the corner of my lips and in my mouth. I am aware of  Fordyce's condition with small white spots on the genitals, lips and mouth. which I have also but all these different symptoms and illnesses are freaking me out! I have felt reluctant to go to the doctor because I have been twice quite recently for two different worries and this is the third in about 2 months! please help me my family and friends won't listen to me and I don't know what to do!
