Tinnitus, Phonophobia, and Hyperacusis

I am looking for whatever info I can get that might help me. I had a bunch of firecrackers blow up in my face 10 years ago, I then lost most of my hearing for a few months, my ears started ringing, & I became sensitive to certain sounds like fans, crickets,plastic bags, water falls, etc, prolonged exposure to said sounds will cause a shrill ringing, loss of most of my hearing in one or more ears, and a really bad panic attack. since then I gained most of my hearing back but I still have the rest of the issues . this limits what I can do for work, play, love, every arena of life, and no-one understands, I am herased all the time told how I am a big "*****", as if the symptoms alone were not devastating enough. I just what whatever info I can get, I am only 29 I fear what lies ahead if I am this troubled at such a young age
