Tinnitus with new horrible symptoms- Please help!

Hi,

I've been experiencing ringing in my ears for about 7 months now. Over the last few months, I've been experiencing a "cold" feeling in my ear, although better described as feels like my ears are being stuffed with mint leaves all of a sudden. My hearing now goes on right side intermittently, and for the last week I've had a twitching lip on my right side and the tip of my tongue feels a little numb.

Can anyone please help tell me what could be going on? The doctors have not helped me at all. I've got another appointment booked for Monday but I'm not sure what tests to ask them to do?

What physicians have you seen already and what physician are you seeing Monday?  

Labs?  Hearing tests?
