In response to your question, yes I have not used Afrin or any other nasal decongestant in well over a month. I did not even need to finish with the Rhinostat system. After my pregnancy, my congestion started to clear up slowly and I just let my nose clear itself basically. It feels great to be able to breathe cleary again.

I'm glad you're feeling better!  Watch out and don't take Afrin for more than a few days in a row in the future.
