Tongue and Throat

Can someone give me some advice here, I took antibiotics about two and a half months ago and they seemed to upset my tongue one or two days after I finished. Tongue was red and sore, smooth looking and it had a dry fuzzy feeling to it. This did seem to get alittle better in time but the dry fuzzy feeling has always been there. During this time I have also gotten a lump feeling in my throat which seems to come and go, I know it could be acid reflux or even anxiety but it worries me. Now in the last two weeks I have a fine white/pale patch/es on my tongue surface, mainly near the back but also in the middle. I thought it was oral thrush but I dont have any sores, bleeding or pain atall it just looks like areas of the surface of my tongue have gone white/pale, and I still have this dry fuzzy feeling.

My tongue has never been right ever since I took those antibiotics basically but Im also worried that maybe I have some kind of cancer, I tried afew oral medicines from the doc but nothing seems to do anything and its been going on now for over 2months.
Any thoughts because Im getting worried and its annoying and uncomfortable.
