Tonsils stones with complication

So, like most every other post here, I also have these tonsil stones that reoccur every now and then. I was coughing really bad the other day and I coughed some of the stones out of my left tonsil area and some of the skin lining the outer edge of the crevices that hold the stones ripped. Doesn't hurt or anything but it is actually hanging by the attached bottom portion of skin in my mouth. Anyone else have this happen when coughing or removing the stones?? I'm really worried it is going to really open up the crevice and make it only easier for food to get caught in there now..

Your condition is a matter of concern, please get it treated by an ENT surgeon so as to prevent any complications such as the stone going into your lungs while you are sleeping and worsen your health.You will probably need to take a dose if antibiotics and pain killers if there is an infection.
