Transparent / cloudy Jelly snot
Occasionally I blow out thick jelly like lumps from my nose.  I often suffer sinus congestion and when these are blown out they offer relief.  Recently i have started reaching up similar but smaller lumps from my throat.

What are these lumps?  Image attached

Looks like gelatinous mucus plugs; pic is not really good.  Have you ever seen an ENT Specialist about this?

Agree with Londres70, go to the ENT Specialist.  They could be infected mucus, which is easily treatable, or polyps, which require more complicated treatment, and only a doctor could make a correct diagnosis.
