Treatment for infected nose cartilage
What would be the correct antibiotic for an infection in the nose cartilage and any other painkillers. How long should it last?

Generally they should be treating for Staphylococcus aureus, although a culture may indicate something else.  With that in mind, there are a variety of "correct" choices, not just one.  Treatment should be between 7 and 14 days, generally.  Pain killer prescription is a case-by-case thing, prescription strength is not usually required.
