Trigeminal, ear, or sinus?

I get sharp shock like pain in my left ear and into my left sinus. Sometims my jaw tingles. I have been clearded by an ENT. So what could it be? Thanks, Deb

See a neurologist, preferably one specializing in the ear and dizziness (otoneurologist). Not many of them around, but ask.

PS I also have ringing in both ears and from time-to-time some dizzy feelings. It's not really virtigo, because it dosen't feel like the room is spinning, it feels like I am swaying, when I am not. People ask me if I have been on a cruise lately, but I have not.
