Undiagnosed nasal congestion

Hi, I am a male college student, and recently I've been getting some serious nasal congestion.

I get congestion whenever I sit down, it clears up when i stand. I also get congestion when i go to sleep, usually only in one nostril, usually the one opposite of the side I'm lying down. The nonblocked nostril is very arid from what I've been feeling.

I also have cough headache where I cough and I have a headache immediately. I heard that this was pretty rare.

Any ideas? Should I wait this one out?

It's really weird that I have the exact same symptoms as you except for the coughing part.

When I lay down I can actually feel my nose stopping up as if something is moving into place.

This has been happening to me off and on for the last month.

I have no other symptoms except for the congestion and headaches.

I have been freaking out thinking I had all of these bad problems.
