Vertigo, ear ache pressure and ringing?

I am a 25 year old female. A month back I had neck stiffness for which I used muscle relaxants. It became better. But after that I started having bouts of vertigo, ear pressure and ache and ringing (which is almost constant now!) And headaches in the back and top of my head. It was all very episodic and I noticed mostly occurred when I sat infront of computer and got okay on standing up. I went to my ENT and he said everything was ok with my ears. I dont know what to do next as I am so frustrated and stressed. Please note all this started when my computer work increased to almost 20 hours a day with reduced sleep!
