Vertigo or not

I have suffered from bouts of vertigo for 10+ years.  I just want to know if the symptoms that I am feeling are all related to vertigo or not.  I seem to have sound sensitivities (high pitches, booming bass and loud noises are the worst), fatigue (to the poiint that I feel like I could drop off to sleep instantly), pressure in my head between my temples, nausea, the feeling that you get when you are riding in an elevator and need to pop your ears and of course dizziness.  I also find if difficult to concentrate and find that I forget things very easily during these bouts.  Can all of these be attributed to vertigo or should I be looking at something else?
