Vertigo

I have found out that if you put a cervical collar on it will stop the dizziness. Al you have to do is go to a drugstore to buy one,it feels weird at first but you get use to it,it was a miracle worker for me. It brought me straight out of the dizzy's once my head was stabilized with the collar. I only go thru the Positional Vertigo for about 2 months out of the year it rally ***** ech time it happens,seems like its worse evertime. Goodluck
