Very annoying tingling senstation in my ear!

Hello,
Recently I've had this problem with a tingling sensation in my Right ear, I can best described it as someone taking a feather, sticking the tip inside my ear and turning it  non stop. Just a constant tingling sensation.
I've done nothing different from my usual habits, im 20 years old, Female, im not over weight , i have no allergies, taking no meds, i don't smoke, I dont do drugs, I've never had surgery, never even broken a bone.
I went to the doctor and she checked my ear and found that I have an infection in the Left ear, I told her the left ear is not the probleme it is the right, and she said she can find nothing wrong with the ear. She prescribed Cefprozil for the ear infection, which so far hasnt helped my Right ear at all , i don't even feel an infection in my left ear.
Whats wrong with my ear its driving me insane!
