Very important puncture wound question

So approximately 20 minutes ago I pierced my own ear. I was planning to pierce both but obviously had to start with one. I also used a sewing needle and sterilized that, the earrings, and my hands extremely over and over again. So this is where it gets good.. I take the needle stick it through the soft bottom part of my ear (this is also my first piercing and obviously first self piercing) so okay I left it in there for atleast 6 minutes and took it out and stuck the earring in, but stupid me pierced it on an angle so I could not find the back hole, so I try to pierce it in the same region again and the same thing happened so now I had two holes on the front of my earlobe as well as the back, I could not find the back hole, so I just tried piercing another back hole with just an earring (because the earring was already in there because I was trying to find the other hole) unsuccessful I took a needle put it in the same hole and created another hole in the back of my ear lobe (so now in the front lobe I have 2 holes and in the back of the lobe a have 3 holes) and very stupid me could not find the hole so I gave up and am now constantly fanning the small holes with bactine antiseptic, what I want to know is will this get infected? How long will it take to close? And will and when will I be able to get this ear re-pierced? (obviously professionally this time) it also says on the back not to use on puncture wounds, so I'm kind of nervous. Someone please reply!!! I need some sort of advice and I need to catch this early so it does not turn into a bad infection! Thanks guys

I'm sorry, I don't.  You could wait a couple of weeks and see if there is any tenderness left.

Thanks Annie, so far it  doesn't seem bad at all, it seems like the holes have closed with no problem and it only feels a bit tender and sensitive when I touch it straight on but I will definitely take your advice so it does not get infected. And would you also know when I would be able to get it re-pierced?

It should be OK.  In your shoes, I would use a cream like Neosporin or Polysporin, a couple of times daily on the ear, until it heals.  It should be over the pinpricks in a couple of weeks.  You won't get infected if you keep it clean, exposed to the air, and medicated.
