WHAT COULD IT BE!?

Well, i've been checking out this site for awhile and reading the posts too but so many people have the same symptoms as i do so i had to post this!  Ok now this all first started started when i was playing my game and all of a sudden my vision became distorted (like my vision went side to side and blurry real fast) and i became real lightheaded and dizzy that it made me sit down....So i payed it no mind...then my head began hurting like everyday but not like a regular headache like a pulsating throb on either side of my head .....then i caught an ear infection which when i went to the doctor they flushed out my ear and i was SHOCKED what came out. It was a BIG wax ball!! it was caved in my ear from me using q-tips ( i was pushing wax back deep in my ear) so they removed it then for like 3 days it was no symptoms (no dizzy,no headaches, no fatigue, no nothing) then all of a sudden it came BACK! But this time my neck started hurting as well as my upper spine back of my neck so this has been going on for like 8 months now and ive been diagnosed with sinusitis, sinus infection, cluster headaches, migraines etc. I even took a ct scan which came back normal (THANK GOD) as well as 2 blood tests which came back normal.....except they said i had a defiency of vitamin d which they gave me supplements for, Im 27yr male who loves to work out and run and this has been hard on me as well as my wife.....now im taking amitriptyline for my migraines now and its been helping a little bit but mostly now its the dizziness and now its my eyes like they hurt, like they strain alot so now i might need glasses, Please help me with this if anybody has any suggesstions or remedys, I ve already ruled out the worse so now im just stuck....some days are tolerable some days are not PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello and hope you are doing well.

Understand your predicament. Migraines as you know are intense headaches sometimes accompanied by nausea, vomiting and altered visual sensations. Cure can be in terms of avoiding trigger factors.  You can prevent the occurrence of headaches by avoiding trigger factors that induce an attack. Alcohol, smoking, altered sleep patterns, missed meals, loud sounds, odd smells, physical or emotional stress and certain additive foods are known to trigger attacks. In short if you eat a well balanced diet, exercise moderately and lead a stress free life then you will be successful in preventing attacks. If attacks are worsening or are not controlled with the medication, please consult your primary care physician.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.

Sinus headaches are the worst. Sinus infection/fullness can cause dizziness, pain in and behind eyes, throbbing cheeks and forehead, etc.

Your ears being full of wax can also cause dizziness.

Try using a sinus rinse, a humidifier at night, and think about getting allergy testing done.
Allergies can cause those symptoms as well.
Migraines do too.

Hope this helps a bit.
