Water in ear comes out of nose..HELP..HELP..

Whenever I used to have cold in last few years I used to take common meds from supermarkets towards cold/flu. The cold/fever used to go but I used to feel that mucus is still trapped in my nose, throat etc.

Two weeks back I had cold and was flying, during descend I had terrible pain and after landing my hearing was gone, like I have cotton buds in my ear. Came home searched internet and tried the popping of ears by closing nose. It worked and eventually my hearing was normal.

I still had feeling of trapped mucus in my nose etc. Then I was told a week back that I was snoring in night. (I am sure I dint used to a month back).

I saw a doctor, he gave me a nasal spray.

Problem: I was trying to clean nostrils by taken saline water in and blowing nostrils. During this I tried putting droplets into my ear just water..When I tilted my had back straight to remove water - it did came out of ears (Yes Both) BUT also water came out of my nose.

Different nose for different ears. Both ears. Do my ears have holes..my hearing is normal. What should I do before problem becomes big,
