Weird eye movements

Ok, I guess I have vertigo.  Have had it for about 3 years now.  It won't go away.  I have tried antivert and it does not help at all.  So, I am trying to learn to deal with it cause I don't know what else to do.  It disrupts my life and I have lost 3 jobs now because I have a very hard time working and driving.  My problem is today as I was walking out from work to my car, I was looking at my car and it seems to move like when the wind sways the trees.  What happened and is it normal?  I notice every little symptom because I also have anxiety but this freaked me out.  Please help.  My eyes have been bothering me a lot lately and I don't know if it is something wrong with my eyes, sinuses, maybe neck or back, or more horribly a tumor.  I don't have insurance and can't work enough to afford to go to the docs.
