Weird feeling and Tinnitus

i've had tinnitus for over a year now, it just appeared out of nowhere with this weird feeling, i can't really describe it it's just weird, like nothing seems real and im a bit dizzy. I went to the doctor she made an MRI but it didn't show anything, So, i went to another doc and he told me something about that a part of my brain doesn't get enough blood and thats why i have Tinnitus, he told me to take Betahistine, and know i have this other weird feeling that i cant keep my Balance  i don't know whats wrong with me i've been trying to find some answers.

Oh and the Tinnitus doesn't seem to make my hearing any worse, and sometimes i feel a little fullness in my ears.

Have you seen an ENT Specialist?

Sounds like Meniere's Disease possibly.
