What are these things at the back of my throat?

I get tonsil stones quite often but this is at the back of my throat

I have tried to squeeze stones out but although I can feel them I can't push them out. The things at the back of my throat smell really bad (if I put a qtip against it and take it out I can smell it) but if I try to probe it nothing happens, it just hurts. It's not in a crypt even, it's just this weird yellowish white stuff at the back of my throat

I also can feel tonsil stones in my tonsils and I've tried everything from qtips, bobby pins, syringes, my fingers, nothing has been working. I have been drinking green tea too

I get frequent sore throats and have really bad postnasal drip but I just want to get rid of this. I have bad breath. After brushing my teeth and tongue for 10 minutes with LOTS of toothpaste, using mouthwash, flossing, etc. it still smells HORRIBLE.
