What can cause these Foul Odors and any cures available?

My daughter is now going on 21 and she has had this problem for as long a we could remember. We took her for a cat-scan years ago, went to several specialist and finally allergist. The allergist prescribed a saline solution and was the only thing that seems to work or temporarily get rid of the problem. The good thing is she is not taking any medication. The down side is carrying a small nasal bottle with her wherever she goes.  The name of the product is "NeilMed" Sinus Rinse which is saline solution you mix with distilled water.  I don't know what we would have done without it.

Lately she is at her witts end and we don't know what to do.

The foul odor is caused by anaerobic bacteria thriving in your daughter's sinuses.  The saline rinses some of them out and gives your daughter some temporary relief.  Unfortunately, gravity keeps the saline from reaching the upper part of her sinuses.  I had the same problem, but my experience as a swimmer taught me a way to get the saline in all of the sinuses.  The technique can be found by putting your cursor on the blue "friggy" and going to my Journal.  It looks kinda complicated, but that's just to be safe.  The Sinus Flush is mildly risky, because you have to bend over in a shower, but since the girl is 21 she can handle it well.

There's also instructions to make a gallon of saline for about $1.50, and she can refill the nasal bottle.  Keep on flushing for about 3 days after the smell goes away to keep it growing back.  Yes, I have had the same problem 4 times and cured it 4 times.
