What colud be the Cause behind this Tinnitus

Hi, I am 26 year old male, suffering form constant tinnitus since one month, ringing in ears mostly in left was followed after chronic cold, Whether this is because of damage to inner ears structure or hairs cells or nerves ?
I need to know the mechanism how cold leads to tinnitus and how long it can persist,

Now I am also perceiving pressure inside my left ear and some times roaring noise.
Secondary symptoms include stimulated brain and Insomnia.
My ENT doctor prescribed Loratadine and Trimetazidine.
My Audiological tests were OK.

hi,viral infections leads to accumulation of fluid in middle ear(serous otitis media) which causes the symptoms which you are facing.Treatment is anti histaminics, decongestants mainly.Even after getting this treatment,if symptoms persists, brain MRI is indicated to rule out other causes.

I have tinnitus for about three years (at least that was approximate time I registered it). It's always constant and in my right ear. Sometimes the noise varies from high pitched squeal to lower roar but mostly they goes dual (high pitch stays and roar accompanies).
At young age I was tend to get repeated colds and otitis media for several years until after grade 5 (after getting my first earring) my health got better and I didn't get colds that much. Ever since I usually had virus attack once a year and minor runny nose more times a year.
And then approx. 3 years ago I got sick and my tinnitus appeared after I blew my nose really hard, I got very dizzy and for a few seconds couldn't hear a thing with my right ear and when I was dizzy I felt like falling to the right side.
I'm wondering whether it was the reason for tinnitus. Also I used to listen music at max volume (shared mp3 player with friend who tend listening really loud) and put headphones only in right ear since in left I couldn't quite muster the loudness.
Ever since I'm feeling that plugged/fullness feeling in right ear and it plugs when blowing nose. Sometimes it gets plugged without blowing nose.
And when someone speaks loud my right ear makes popping sound/feeling.
Also I've discovered I have lost some hearing because I can't hear/understand what's been told in noisy environment or over phone and tv.
Could that be from otitis media/colds or too loud music?

My ears tend to itch too and get mild sharp aches that lasts for few seconds.
I don't hear too well low frequencies and some higher seems too loud/uncomfortable.
