What could it be? (Ear Question)

Symptoms:

- Constant ringing or rythmic (heartbeat) pounding in ears.
- I've had a numbness on one side of my neck several times this month as well as throat constrictions.
- Have had drainage for months coming from both ears.

In my right ear I have been having the following symptoms:

- Throbbing pain, constant feeling of being full or pressure.
- Loss of hearing.
- And for the past day and a half it has been bleeding on and off.

No recent head trauma or injury's.
I'm scheduling an appointment first thing in the morning, but I wanted to see what/if anyone else could clue me in.
I'm hoping it's just an ear infection.
