What does this mean in layman's language?

There is a cystic lesion in the right lateral pharyngeal wall adjacent to the right fossa of Rosenmuller. There is fluid in the right mastoid process. Direct visualization of the right nasopharyngeal region is recommended to exclude a nasopharyngeal process causing obstruction of the right Eustachian tube."
