What if I have a combination of the symptoms in the 2 page ear drainage board?

Crossing my fingers that ANYONE that has had relief and has my, well basically, 2 symptoms out of the ones discussed here.*  It all started about a month ago waking up with a crusty circle on my left shoulder.  A week or two after that the skin on the edge of my left ear got dry.  Within a few days of that it became a growing scab that nothing I have tried is healing, that includes homeopathic methods as well as traditional.  I have since found the fluid coming from my left ear canal.  No odor, color or taste.  FYI I've been chronically ill my entire adult life and have learned to gather as much information as possible on my own, I'm sorry if it sounds gross to know so much about my ear drainage.  Yesterday I noticed swelling in my left lymph node.  I am calling my doctor today but if there is anyone still paying attention that can help it would alleviate some anxiety.  *Footnote just to elaborate for those interested in more details.  First off, I only have the drainage and the scab.  Secondly, I have not experienced itching in or on the affected ear nor any hearing loss.  I also know that it cannot be my diet as what I eat is very limited and cannot vary much at all due to health reasons.
