What is causing my ear pulsate to the sound of lower pitched voices?

My left ear has been pulsating or twitching to the sound of lower pitched voices for about two months now. It does not go along with my heartbeat. It almost feels like it twitches with every syllable. I have not noticed any hearing loss, though I have a hearing test scheduled in the middle of July. I went to an ENT, but he wasn't really sure what it is. He said it might be Semicircular Canal Dehiscence, but I looked that up and I don't seem to have any of those symptoms. I am currently waiting to be contacted to schedule a CT. Does anyone have any ideas as to what this may be caused by?
