What is going on?

I have had vertigo and dizziness for 2 months now.  I am waiting to see an ENT and in the meantime, I'm trying to figure out what's wrong becuase I am worried about myself :-(

I have noticed a minor hearing loss in my right ear for a couple of years now.  I always thought it was a wax build up but never had the time to get it checked out.  I also would notice that my right ear seemed to get plugged up worse than my left when I'd get or fight off a cold.

About 2 months ago- after an afternoon at a pool I noticed a shakey (shaky) sensation in my head.  It seemed to orginate from my right side around my head or neck.  Through that following week I had an increase of anxiety, shakiness, loss of dextarity, feeling of fullness in my ear, loss of balance like I was being pulled on one side, tired, head fog, feeling of 'being out of it' and overall a sensation that something was wrong.

A week or so after this started and after a trip to the GP would couldn't explain what was going on- I started to get more ear problems- ringing in the ears and severe attacks of vergito.  the vergito was accompanied with panic attacks so I also had a visit to ER.  ER Dr.s did some simple neuro tests but then released me saying that nothing was wrong.  After one of these attacks I would have a headache and referred pain around my head, jaw etc...

Over the next couple of weeks the attacks became less and less severe but still noticable.  I was told that I had vergito from my Dr.  I wasn't too comforatble being told i had a symptom without knowing what the underlying cause was.  I am waiting on an ENT Oct 26th and at some point I imagine I'll get a MRI.

After 2 months I do feel better than when this first started but not back to 100%  it seems that my brain has adjusted to whatever is wrong but when i get tired or overworked I tend to get a relapse.  sometimes I get an odd, uncomfortable feeling of overwealment and the only way i can describe it is that i feel kind of like something is wrong- like i'm dizzy but things aren't really moving or spinning.  I also notice a fluid sound in my bad ear when i bend my head down below my feet then pull it back up.  it almost sounds like blood rushing past my ear or perhaps could be some fluid trapped in the inner ear?  this is the worst feeling becuase after all my research and talking to people- i have yet to find someone who had this.  i still get ringing in the ears, a feeling of pressue and pain around the ears- in the head, a felling of fullness, a constant 'wooshing' sound in my bad ear- i sometimes get dizzy and notice that things get worse when i'm fighting off a bug.

My energy is coming back-- but I'm still not 100%.

I was thinking I had Labrynthsitius but after looking into things it still doesn't explain the hearing loss and the fluid sound in my ear/head.  i was then thinking i had perilymph fisulia but haven't heard too many first hand accounts of the symtpoms...

any help/suggestions anyone has with this would be so helpful!
