What is the hole on my ear?

I have a hole on my ear that release puss?  I have to draine it everyday and it sticks.

I have one too but it doesnt fillup that much. mine is on the top of the ear toward the end of the curve closest to your face. I think that its genetic because by grandma has one just like it.

This is most likely a preauricular cyst/pit/hole/sinus (it's known by all of these names, though a sinus--just a tunnel of sorts, not your nasal sinuses--is usually not present). The substance is emits is called keratin.
