What kind of nasal/sinus problem does this sound like?

For a long time I have suspected I'm suffering from a combination of nasal/sinus problems.  Over the last 6-7 years I've experienced the following:

- Burning sensation inside of my nose
- Constant blockage of dried mucous lining the inside towards the back (disrupts me sleep, often wake up with dry mouth)
- Nasal drip from time to time into the back of my throat
- When I sneeze I sometimes smell some musky
- My face is so much puffier than it ever used to be
- Lately the front part of my nose has gotten so much more bulbous and at times can be painful.  In fact, back in 2011 there was a 2-3 week period where it was bright red like Rudolph the damn red nosed reindeer.

Does this scenario sound familiar to any of you?   It's starting to become too much to deal with.

It sounds like you have a fungal infection.  Have you taken antibiotics in the past?   It can change your flora and you can have a fungal /yeast overgrowth in there.  Oral Rx meds can be damaging to the liver.  Look into how you could use tea tree oil and herbal teas to regulate your fungal sinus infection. Read up on turmeric and Nigella sativa also.  Baking soda is an antifungal.  I'm just not sure how to utilize these best for a fungal sinus problem, but you can google it.
