What's going on with my sinus?

For that last couple of days I've had this problem with my sinus being clogged up. I've tried anti-histamines and saline nasal sprays. My next move would be to use a hayfever nasal spray of some sort. My problems is that it's clogged and I just cann't sleep at night. I had migraine last week around the left eye and just put it down to just starting Lexapro. I've tried to work it out and the best I can come up with is Post Nasal Drip. The mucus that is coming out is very slimy and sticky. Just want some relief.
