White tongue

Hi,

I have been experiencing a weird tongue, you can see pics on my pofile, I did an oral swab test which came back negative after 2 days, the results said "no pathogenes growth after 36 hours of incubation" does this exludes bacterial and FUNGUS infection? Please let me know what do you think of my tongue.  I have also lost appetit since I noticed my tongue is it related or can it be related?

Black hairy tongue can actually be any color.  Look it up and read about treatment.  It is a benign and treatable condition.  You will need to increase your oral hygiene, decrease sugar.  Neem mouthwash would help I'm sure.  Maybe tea tree oil toothpaste.  Other things treat it as well.

2. can I get this from antibiotics Dalacin C 300 mg for one week?

3. Should I c a dentist/oral pathologist for confirmation?
