about ears..read?

Every moring now a days I keep waking up were it almost sounds like I'm under water. I know it is wax but my ears make more wax than it usually does (witch the Doc told me) so I was wondering how far down can I clean my ears with out touching the eardrum.. to be honest I forget what inside looks like that's why I'm asking.. + i dont clean my ears out with Q-tips anymore.. I use a bobby pin to clean it out.. it works its littler and it always helps.. I know it's not good using a bobby pin but iv been really careful and don't press to hard because the inside of your ear the skin is softer then your hand and arm.. or just your body.  So my Question is where can I clean at. I know a spot where wax is... I just dont wanna clean there.. i  just have a bad feeling about it before cleaning there.

Hi, you can use wax softeners before cleaning, this will make it easier to remove the wax. Gently rinse the ear using a bulb syringe and warm saline solution. To ease ear pain, apply a warm washcloth or a heating pad set on low. Dont over do the cleaning it. Regards.
