Did the dr way anything about a hiatel hernie when you were scoped.  That can cause the problems you are having.  Also, just a more agressive treatment program might be necessary.  Aciphex is a proton pump inhibitor.  You can talk to your dr about adding an H2 blocker like Pepcid or ranitidine.

There are also many natural measures you can take like probiotics, digestive enzymes, not eating food triggers (common ones are acidic foods, spicy, anything with caffeine in it), and raising the head of your bed 6 inches (pillows, foam wedge, or supports under the bed).  Also, not eating anthing within 4 hours of going to bed is very helpful.  Lastly, some Asians recommend liing on your left side.  The way the stomach lies in the abdomen allows gravity to keep reflux from occurring when you lie on your left side.  I have tried it and it works when my issues are mild.

Feel better.

Sounds like GERD with Gastritis.

What is your diet like?  Eating small or large meals daily?  Eating before bedtime?

Smoker?

Alcohol and/or caffeine drinker?

Stressed?
