after nose surgery +sinus

i had this surgery 6 months ago in back home.2 months ago i got cold.i was coughing alot.i got x-ray from my chest.there were minor pneumonia there.but i took a lot of medication and right now my doctor told me that your lungs are clear.actually i am fine when is whether is good but i get cough and hard breathing from nose when it is cold or humid.i get cough when i drink or eat something cold.usually it is going to be worth at nights when i want to sleep.my nose closes at all and i can't breath by my nose.so my mouth will be open till morning and i get dry and stuffy mouth at morning.tell me what should i do?actually i don't have insurance to go to the specific doctor in the USA.i have a plan that i can go to emergency room and out patient clinic.i already tell my problem to my doctor in clinic but till now nothing is coming up from her.
