blocked nose for life & mucus Problem..PLEASE HELP!

Dear friends,

Danny 25 yo male.

I suffer from blocked nose for almost all my life now. mostly only on one side of my nose either right or left side depends on which side i lean to, usually occurs on both sides in some situations like while having fever or extremely tired after such activity. And I also notice I do get this while in the middle of having meal on an empty stomach, usually at (late)dinner time.

No mucus when I blow it out...I can only get it out trough my mouth which is trough the nasal passage first..and when this happens I always get choking feeling/really hard to swallow... because the mucus is so thick and hard (normal crystal clear mucus, often white, or yellowish when I have cold/fever thats been infected).

Lately, whenever I have blocked nose I will also have choking feeling in my throat..not to be freaking out but i feel like it's closing up and very hard to swallow even my own saliva, this also will follow by mild-fever (or often not).

NOTE: Lately I have Imbalance feeling whenever I bend down...or often when I walk...or whenever I make sudden/quick movement. And also I notice whenever I swallow something eg: saliva, I can hear "crackling" sound in my ears.

what is happening to me? and How can I get rid of this bothering situation?

Best regards,
Danny

Here is the best nonprescription thing to clear out your sinuses:

The Flip-Turn Sinus Flush is mildly risky, because you have to bend over to do it, preferably in a shower, but you can also do it outside on soft ground.

I'd also recommend nettle leaf capsules for the allergy, as they have no side effects.  It only works for about half the people who try it though.  I theorize it's the increased magnesium that lessens allergic reactions.

Most of all, I'd recommend going to an ENT specialist.

I have blocked sinuses and produce too much mucus. It causes terrific pain which slowly builds up with earrache, toothache, blocked sinuses neuralgia and migraine like headaches. My eyes water madly and eventually all I can hear is the constant crackling in my ears. I have to use nasal sprays and Sudafed tablets, but can't take them all the time and don't want to. When it gets really bad and I have a temperature, I have to get antibiotics from the doctor, sometimes two or three doses. I would love to find some alternative medicine to help. Does anyone know of anything please?

you probably have a blocked eustachian tube.  it's a small tube in your ears.  the ears help us keep our balance.  just try cleaning your ears w/ ear drops and see what happens.  you've got nothing to lose.  i know...it's not a good feeling.  good luck!

hi im trexy, 28 yo philippines

You know what i ALSO experience what u have suffered, but mine is much worst because a experience dizziness and vertigo.

It started when i wake up 1 morning felt like the world is spinning, i have been confined in the hospital for 4 days, my symptoms include blocked nose  and can smell bad i think inner side my nose but when i blow there is NO mucus, dizziness.

Doctor tells me that i have menniers disease, but i think its wrong coz my ears are Normal i can hear greatly, but sometimes i can hear tinnitus. My doctor gives me stugeron and other antivertigo meds, and also nose sprays, but that doesnt help, still i experienced the symptoms.

Another doc, diagnosed me to have anxiety and give me anti depresion tabs but still doesnt work for me, only worsen! Another doctor says i have astigmatism thats why i experienced dizziness, and give me eye glassses. UP to now i still can experienced the same thing, and guess what its a year ago, its still there!!!!Just praying hard for this!

Hope we can find the answer and solution for  this!!! Thanks and God bless!!!
