blood blister in mouth?

Hi everyone, I'm new to the MedHelp community.

I recently discovered this "blood blister" (which I believe it to be) under my tongue. I'm not sure if I irritated it or burnt it or what it is exactly. I am getting kind of nervous because it is sort of looking out of the ordinary for me. I've never gotten this before in this spot.
