didnt kno we could be so detaileed

well
for years i've had a problem with my breathing(from nose)
and now the mouth as well...i've had 2 surgeries from 2 different doctors...apparently they removed some junk and tissue to enlarge the naval passage...after aabout one month..all that **** comes back..not only that..its worse then before...

at several times during the day and night i get this pounding feeling in all areas around my head: back, forhead, all parts of the nose..cheeks...the pounding usually occurs when im in one spot for a while...and on the contrary..when i play sports..the worst is attempting a peacefull night's sleep(once every 2 weeks if im lucky)- ive had this problem for a while no and it is expanding parts of my head leading to aanother whole issue(back)
i can feel through touch when the tissues or whatever it is...are expanding and so can my family
this is no illusion!

puffs of nasial medicine helps for an instant..literally
then its back to the thumping ,after a while growin in pace, and becoming ever so painfull

thus..becoming so distracted by this (god knows what it is)
and letting it affect all areas of my life
its 5 am and i literally cant sleep so here i am seekin your help
what to do?..any similar cases?...and what the hell is it?

god bless

It could be a variety of problems. One may be the nasal meds. They are notorious for being "addictive" then giving a rebound effect. Check with a dr to see what is going on, try benadryl at bedtime  and try to get off of that nasal med. You can start by putting it only in one nostril then decreasing it further apart in time. Best of luck.
