bump on lip(mouth) bumps on back of throat

I have a bump on my bottom lip(mouth) and its been there for 2-3 months now..its white like a ripe pimple and i pop it ll the time but always comes back.I tried over the counter medicine and that didnt work. Now 2 weeks ago my male friend comes out of no where and kisses me, tongue and all and the next morning i woke up soar throat and bumps in the back of my throat maybe about 8 or 9 small bumps the same pinkish reddish color as my throat. Sometimes I sleep my throat is dry,other times im coughing up phlem and one night it was so soar and flamming red..right now its fine but the bumps are still there. I went to the doctor he said its viral, I know my immone  system is kinda low too but he prescribed medicine called cyclovir or something like that..pills to take 4 pills 10 days each and that didnt work..so now im stuck with this bump on my bottom lip(mouth) and bumps in the back of my throat. i never ever had any of these before and it makes me feel so uncomfortable knowing that i have them. Please tell me what they are and how to get rid of them and how i shouldnt get them again..is it herpes,,chlomidia..what??
